Property Matters is an Irish property show and podcast on Dublin South FM. Every week, Carol Tallon discusses planning, construction, property and proptech/innovation for the built environment with different guests.

This week, Patrick introduced UtilityAR, what Augmented Reality is, how AR glasses function and potential use cases across the built environment, for property and building maintenance. He examined the effects of AR on the industry more broadly. Finally,  Patrick talked Carol through the products the UtilityAR are working/have been working on.
